Isle of Wight 2014

This time last week I was on holiday on the Isle of Wight.

Le sigh, it all seems so long ago.

As ever the island was green, lush, quaint, old fashioned and cute. The weather not so. It pretty much rained everyday. Still, we did not let the weather stop us from having fun. Some of the highlights were – bike riding, coastal path walking, beach going, swimming with the nephews, eating lots of chips and donkey seeing.

Sorry, I do not have many photos to share on here, as very single shot I took has a member of my family in it (its not my place to plaster their photos all over the internet!) Even Rob did not take that many landscape photos because of the pesky weather.

Here are a few obligatory photos from our week away all taken by Rob (as usual). Plus there are a few more on my Instagram account if anyone fancies a gander.

Me on my bike on a really tough, treacherous cycle path. Baby's got back...and front...and sides!

And finally, my fave, Dave the donkey. Everybody knows a Dave including donkeys!
